How do I choose the right TV stand for my TV?
Compatibility depends on several factors, including your TV’s VESA specifications, weight, and screen size. You can find all important details on our product pages.

How do I determine the right height for my TV stand?
The center of your TV should be at eye level when you are seated on the sofa.
How to determine the ideal TV stand height:
- Measure the distance from the floor to your eyes while sitting down.
- Measure the total height of your TV.
- Subtract half of the TV’s height from your seated eye level to determine the ideal center height of the screen.
How wide should a TV stand be?
The TV stand should be at least a few centimeters wider than the base of your television.
This ensures stability and creates a balanced, harmonious look.
Orders & Payment
Can I pay by invoice?
We do not recommend payment by invoice. For customers who can only pay by invoice, we offer advance payment invoices.
Process:
- Contact us with the product name, SKU, quantity, shipping address, and contact details.
- We will create a pre-order and send you an invoice.
- Payment must be made within 7 days via bank transfer (please include your order number).
- After payment, please send us a short confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take after placing an order?
Processing: Shipping within 48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery time:
- Germany & France: 3–5 business days
- Other European countries: 5–7 business days
- Other regions: depending on the destination
During peak seasons, delays may occur.
How can I track my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
You can also check the latest order status at any time via the “Track Order” page on our website.
How can I check shipping costs before placing an order?
After adding a product to your cart, you can enter your postal code in the shopping cart.
The exact shipping cost for your location will then be calculated automatically.
This allows you to clearly see the total order cost before purchase.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do I have on my purchase?
You receive a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase, as well as a 30-day return policy for products in their original condition.
Any modifications to the product will void the warranty.
What happens if I cancel my order?
Same-day cancellation: no fees
Late cancellation: shipping and return costs may apply
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Take photos of the damage.
Send them by email to supporteu@fitueyes.com.
We will then contact you with the next steps.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
In case of quality issues:
Free returns – we will provide a return shipping label.
Without quality issues:
Return shipping costs and return fees are borne by the customer. For more details, please refer to our “Refund Policy” page.
