Am I protected with my purchase? How long do I have to return it?
- 30-day risk-free return guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with FITUEYES. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
- 10-year quality guarantee: We trust our products and offer a 10-year warranty against material and workmanship defects. This applies to purchases from authorized FITUEYES dealers.
- Note for business customers: Bulk orders (from 10 units of the same product) are excluded from the regular refund policy.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
- Before shipping: You can cancel or exchange your order free of charge within 24 hours after purchase, provided the package has not yet left our warehouse.
- After shipping: Cancellation during transport is not possible. You can refuse acceptance once the package is delivered. Please note, however, that in this case, the return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.
How do I return a product?
To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow these steps:
- Request an RMA number: Contact us at supporteu@fitueyes.com. Provide your order number and the reason (for defects, please include photos). You will receive a return authorization number (RMA) from us.
- Disassembly & packaging: All items must be completely disassembled and packed in the original packaging. Please keep the packaging materials until your issue is fully resolved.
- Return address: Send the package independently to the following address:Somel Möbel GmbH
Karl-Benz-Straße 3-5, 40764 Langenfeld, Germany - Transport protection: We strongly recommend purchasing transport insurance. We cannot accept liability for damage or loss during the return shipment.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The cost policy depends on the reason for the return:
For quality defects or wrong delivery: The return is free of charge for you. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
If you do not like the product (without quality defects): You will bear the return costs per package:
- Germany: A flat rate of €10 per package.
- France: A flat rate of €17 per package.
- Rest of Europe: You will bear the original shipping costs as well as the full costs of the return shipment.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as the return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked for completeness and condition (unassembled, undamaged), we will initiate the refund. Usually, the amount will be available again on your original payment method within 7 business days after the goods have arrived.
What is covered by the 10-year warranty?
- Coverage: We replace defective parts free of charge if they are due to material or manufacturing defects. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price.
- Exclusion: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Important note: The warranty becomes void immediately if labels are removed or damaged or if the product has been structurally altered.
