What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for orders within Germany and France. For other European countries, applicable shipping costs and taxes apply. You can calculate the shipping costs directly in your shopping cart or view the final amount on the checkout page.
Which countries do we deliver to?
We deliver to the following European countries:
- Free shipping: Germany, France
- Other delivery countries: Netherlands, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, Italy, Sweden, Greece, Poland, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Norway

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
How long does the delivery take?
- Within Germany and France: Usually 3–5 business days.
- Other European countries: Usually 5–7 business days.
- Note: Due to product type or delivery address, delays may occur during peak season. We ask for your understanding.
How can I track my package?
- Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the goods have been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.
- Check status: You can check the current status of your order at any time on our “Track Order” page.
- Contact: If you have not received an email, please contact us at supporteu@fitueyes.com.
Are items shipped together?
If your order includes multiple items, it will be shipped in several packages. You can view the tracking number for each package on the order tracking page.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
Once an order has been placed and transmitted to the logistics center, the address can no longer be changed directly in the system. We will do our best to contact the courier, but cannot guarantee 100% success. If delivery fails, please contact us after the package returns to our warehouse for a follow-up solution.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
The delivery person usually makes up to three delivery attempts. If these are unsuccessful, the package may be left at a parcel locker, a parcel shop, or with a neighbor, or sent back to our warehouse. Please pay attention to notifications via SMS or email to avoid a return shipment.
Do I need a signature upon delivery?
Depending on the order value and type of goods, a signature may be required upon delivery. We recommend providing a delivery address where someone can personally receive the package during the day.
What to do in case of damaged or lost goods?
- Please immediately send an email to supporteu@fitueyes.com. We will promptly assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping provider.
- Usually, we will confirm initial information within 7 business days and arrange solutions such as replacement delivery, refund, or damage compensation depending on the actual situation. The complete investigation process may take up to 15-30 business days.
- In some cases, you may be required to submit signed documents later for damage compensation.
