Why was my card declined at checkout?
This may have the following reasons:

- Credit limit reached: Your credit card may have reached its limit. Please contact your bank to check if your credit limit has been exceeded.
- Incorrect information: Please ensure that all required fields (e.g., CVV code, billing address) are filled out correctly.
How do I get an invoice for my order?
If you need an invoice, please send an email to supporteu@fitueyes.com and provide your order number. We will then send you the invoice by email.
Can I request a refund of the value-added tax?
Please send your order number and your VAT identification number (VAT ID) by email to our customer service team. After successful verification, we will issue you a tax-free invoice.
Regarding the refund of the paid tax, our finance department will process these collectively at the end of the month.
Are the prices including value-added tax?
Yes, all prices displayed on the website include the statutory value-added tax.
